The return policy at White Fit is clear and simple to our dear customers:
Return or exchange will be within 72 hours of receiving the order, and in the case of food consulting services, 14 days, and by contacting:

In order to be eligible to return your order, the ordered products must be unused and unopened, especially beauty products and nutritional supplements, unless the product has storage defects or in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds if the return is approved
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will send you an email or call you directly via our phone number notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
