Affiliate Program Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the White Fit Affiliate & Ambassador Program operated by White Fit LLC.

By joining the program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with the following terms.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The White Fit Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates, influencers, creators, and ambassadors to promote White Fit and Floragate products using affiliate links and discount codes in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales.

White Fit reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the program, affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Own and operate active social media accounts, websites, or communities

  • Produce wellness, fitness, beauty, nutrition, or lifestyle-related content

  • Comply with UAE laws and advertising regulations

White Fit may remove affiliates who become inactive or violate program policies.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Commission rates are determined by affiliate tier and approved campaigns.

Standard affiliate commission:

  • 10% per approved order

White Fit reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission structures

  • Create temporary promotions or bonus campaigns

  • Exclude selected products or promotional bundles from commissions

Commissions are only earned on completed and paid orders.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or chargeback orders are excluded from commission calculations.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Approved affiliate payouts are processed on the 15th of each calendar month for all eligible commissions generated during the previous month.Minimum payout threshold:

  • AED 300 or equivalent currency 

Payments may be made through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit

White Fit reserves the right to delay payouts for fraud review or verification purposes.

5. TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION

Affiliate sales are tracked using:

  • Referral links

  • Discount codes

  • Cookies

  • Shopify attribution systems

Cookie duration:

  • 30 days

White Fit is not responsible for:

  • Tracking failures caused by browser restrictions

  • Ad blockers

  • Manual code misuse

  • Third-party platform limitations

Attribution decisions made by White Fit systems are final.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false or misleading health claims

  • Claim products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases

  • Use fake testimonials

  • Purchase followers or fake engagement

  • Run spam campaigns

  • Use unauthorized paid ads on White Fit brand keywords

  • Share codes on coupon or cashback websites without approval

  • Impersonate White Fit staff or customer support

  • Use deceptive marketing practices

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Commission cancellation

  • Legal action if necessary

7. CONTENT GUIDELINES

Affiliates must maintain professional, brand-safe content.

Content should:

  • Be honest and authentic

  • Clearly disclose paid partnerships where required

  • Avoid offensive or misleading material

  • Respect UAE advertising and supplement regulations

White Fit reserves the right to request removal of non-compliant content.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

White Fit grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use:

  • Approved logos

  • Product images

  • Brand assets

  • Marketing materials

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify logos without permission

  • Register domains or social handles using White Fit branding

  • Claim ownership of White Fit intellectual property

All rights remain property of White Fit LLC.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

White Fit may suspend or terminate affiliates for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Inactivity

  • Brand reputation concerns

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links and codes may be disabled

  • Unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations occurred

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

White Fit is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Platform outages

  • Tracking interruptions

  • Loss of affiliate income

  • Third-party service failures

Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Affiliates may not disclose:

  • Internal commission structures

  • Marketing strategies

  • Sales data

  • Private business information

Without written approval from White Fit.

12. MODIFICATIONS

White Fit reserves the right to:

  • Update program policies

  • Modify commissions

  • Change benefits

  • Update tracking systems

Affiliates will be notified of major changes when applicable.

Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
