How do I earn points?
You earn points from eligible purchases, account creation, approved reviews, reviews with photos, and successful referrals.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
Every AED 1 from eligible products = 1 point.
What is the value of points?
Every 100 points = AED 1 reward value.
When can I redeem?
You can redeem once your balance reaches at least 500 points.
Does every review earn points?
No. The review must be verified, approved, genuine, and linked to a valid purchase.
Does a negative review earn points?
Yes. An honest negative review may earn points if it follows the
guidelines.
Can I review every product in the order?
Yes. You can receive one review reward for each purchased product if each review is approved.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months from their issue date.
Where can I see my points?
Inside your White Fit account under My Rewards or Loyalty Wallet.
What happens if I return a product?
Points linked to that product may be removed or reversed.
